Terms & Conditions – Tritara Apartment

Welcome to Tritara Apartment. By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Reservation & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information during booking.

A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

Tritara Apartment reserves the right to refuse service if information provided is incorrect or misleading.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM

Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved digital methods.

All rates are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise.

Any additional services used during your stay must be settled before departure.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made within the specified period mentioned at the time of booking.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged one night’s stay or the full booking amount.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our policy and payment method.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

Respect other guests and staff.

Maintain cleanliness and care for apartment property.

Follow local laws and hotel policies.

Avoid any illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities.

Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

6. Property Use & Facilities

Apartment facilities are for registered guests only.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

Cooking, parties, or gatherings must follow management guidelines.

Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.

7. Safety & Security

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Tritara Apartment is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

Please use lockers or safes if provided.

Emergency exits and safety instructions must be followed at all times.

8. Visitors Policy

Visitors must be registered at reception.

Overnight visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

Management reserves the right to restrict visitors for security reasons.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Tritara Apartment is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses during your stay.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, power outages, or government regulations.

10. Privacy Policy

Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and legal purposes.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

11. Management Rights

Management reserves the right to:

Change room allocation if necessary.

Modify policies without prior notice.

Evict guests for misconduct, non-payment, or policy violations.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Local Laws & Regulations

Guests must comply with the laws of Nepal and local regulations of Kathmandu Metropolitan City during their stay.
